@Ojyokpe Terror groups like Boko Haram and ISWAP thrive on both illicit and seemingly legitimate cash flows. The Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit’s should be able to track arrest and prosecute individuals implicated, but we all know why they cannot. Till they jump this hurdle and start actively fighting the main source of why terrorist thrive, we will continue to suffer.
