Peter Obi was just 3 years in office when he made this statement:

“Anambra State remains one of the states where, in the past 3 years, you can see a total turnaround. You can see money well spent. You can see infrastructure. I have challenged every Nigerian: come and see what we have done in 3 years. If you have it better anywhere, let us know. We have built prosperity in the state.”

BOTTOM LINE: 3 years is enough for the people to see evidence of good governance.
