A really comprehensive profile of Dangote in today's FT.
I appreciate that he may not be everyone's cup of tea but what he has achieved is impressive through any lens.
And I hadn't really considered the impact of spillover skills for a long time.
In an age of start-up/scale-up/exit, spillover skills seemed somewhat antiquated but the reality is completely different, they're absolutely crucial.
