If your husband has given you no reason to doubt his loyalty, don't allow social media narratives, past experiences, or sweeping generalizations to plant seeds of suspicion in your mind.

Not every late call is a red flag.
Not every female friend is a threat.
Not every act of privacy is proof of infidelity.

Trust is one of the pillars of a healthy relationship, and constant suspicion can damage a marriage just as much as betrayal can.

There are faithful men.
There are committed husbands.
There are men who take their vows seriously.

Let's stop judging individuals by the failures of others.

If a man has earned your trust, don't punish him for sins he never committed.
