In the next 5 to 8 years, the current crop of criminally minded leaders will exit the stage, thanks to death. The real question is: what concrete measures are we putting in place to prevent the next generation (those aspiring leaders roughly ten years younger) from repeating the same destructive patterns?
Instead of building safeguards, we simply hope that something will magically “click” and set things right.
Meanwhile, This generation just bask in instant gratification that never exactly yields on the long run.
