Back in March, the UK committed £746 million to support the modernization of Nigeria's ports. Now, following the resignation of the British Prime Minister, a question worth asking is whether leadership changes at the highest level can affect major international agreements already in motion.
Will the project continue exactly as planned, or could a new government bring fresh priorities, reviews, and delays? As Britain enters another political transition, what, if anything, does it mean for Nigeria's biggest maritime modernization project?
