Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has graduated 70 young professionals from its Train 7 Human Capacity Development Basic Training Programme, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 401 across two batches. The intensive one-year programme focused on Data Analysis and Supply Chain Management, while also providing practical training in health and safety, business management, information technology, document management and Nigerian content development. NLNG said the initiative reflects its commitment to building a skilled, industry-ready workforce and strengthening Nigeria’s competitiveness in the global energy sector. The programme, implemented in collaboration with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), is helping bridge critical skills gaps while equipping young Nigerians with technical and managerial expertise for the future of the oil and gas industry.
