Nigeria Needs A Structural Revolution Beyond Money-Driven Solutions - Yakubu

We have developed a poor culture of using money to solve most of our problems. The President needs to structurally reform the country from an economic perspective, not just a political one. This should be communicated to the states so that they can operate more independently, by strengthening their own agriculture, oil, and internal revenue systems. I recommend a minimum of 80% self-sufficiency at the state level.
