2026 Ekiti Governorship: Nigerians Have Normalised Mediocrity In Our Elections - Mbamalu

Integrity of choice remains a major challenge in this election. While there were some improvements, it is not an election we can be proud of when compared to global standards. We have normalised impunity and grown used to mediocrity in our electoral system, where even when basic standards are not met, it is excused simply because the election is peaceful, and the attitude becomes, let's not complain.
