Lionel Messi broke several records today and secured Argentina's pass to the #FIFAWC2026 Round 32. Such historic display deserves to be celebrated with a classic we're sure Messi loves: Matambre!.

Matambre is a popular Argentinian beef dish that has subtle differences from region to region. Typically the matambre, which is a flank steak cut, is filled with hard-boiled eggs, carrots and red bell peppers. When cut into thin slices, it displays a colorful presentation. It's no wonder that its name literally translates to "hunger killer."
