Lord, You know the fears we carry within us: the worries about our families, the concerns about our health, the burdens of work and responsibility, the uncertainties of our world, and the silent struggles known only to You. Today, we place them all before Your Sacred Heart. You tell us that not even a sparrow falls to the ground without the Father's knowledge and that every hair on our head has been counted. Help us to trust in this tender providence. Teach us to believe that we are precious in Your sight and that nothing can separate us from Your love. Amen
