Justice Peter Lifu Should Be Commended For Following The Law— Audu

In my opinion justice Peter Lifu only followed the law in arriving at his judgement. At the close of proceedings Justice Lifu of the federal high court adjourned the matter for judgment. At that point, what guides my lord’s proceedings is section 294 of the 1999 constitution. The court of appeal then made an order staying proceedings. All the controversies we are seeing is a product of the order made by the court of appeal.
