Trying to prove you have arrived? You should ask yourself what happens when success grows faster than character. Stop trying to look wealthy instead of building real wealth.

When your financial behavior matters a lot. When you start earning money, please choose to be disciplined. While many people fail for the opposite reason, they choose not to be financially disciplined.

They choose to become emotional; they start to spend just to feel and look successful and rich. They start spending on lifestyle upgrades, trying to prove they have arrived. Just because money is flowing in does not mean you are financially stable.

Don't assume you will get serious or invest correctly later. Stop trying to look wealthy instead of building real wealth. Your income is never your biggest financial problem; your behavior is.
