I need the National Human Rights Commission to come into this matter.

There is a family friend of mine. The lady came from an average family and married a rich man and they lived in Abuja. The man cheated a lot and was a very good manipulator and that caused a lot of conflict between him and his wife, so they separated, not divorced. He packed out to live in another house.
They had only one child before they separated and the child currently has a hernia. The hospital said it would cost around 250k to operate. The father has refused to pay and the hernia keeps getting bigger little by little. The father has been travelling to different countries in Africa for vacations with different women, yet whenever his wife brings up the child's operation he dismisses it and claims he has no money, which is a very big lie. His family, relatives and friends cannot question anything he does because he has money.
My concern is about this child. If we continue to remain silent, the child's condition might become severe and his life could be completely ruined. It is better we address this while it is still in its early stage.
