A Consultant Radiologist With 18 Years Of Experience. A QA Engineer With Edwards Lifesciences. A Critical Care Doctor With A BMJ Publication. A Nurse With An OET Gold Badge. What Do They All Have In Common?

They are all clients I have worked with this year.

And when they came to me, none of them had received a single NHS interview.

Not one.

An FRCR-qualified radiologist with 18 years of tertiary-care CT and MRI reporting. A clinical systems QA engineer who had validated 20 clinical studies for Edwards Lifesciences. A junior doctor with ICU experience and a first-author BMJ Case Reports publication. A registered nurse with the highest possible OET classification.

In every case, the clinical profile was not the problem.

The documents were the problem.

The radiologist's CV presented 18 years of institutional seniority in language NHS radiology shortlisting panels could not score against their person specification criteria.

The QA engineer's CV described her work in general terms that did not map to the UK Life Sciences regulatory framework language TRAC was filtering for.

The doctor's CV buried his BMJ publication in a footnote and described his ICU experience without a single NHS governance framework reference.

The nurse's OET Gold Badge — the highest OET classification, a premium credential — was written as a casual sentence under "Languages."

In every case: the profile was exceptional. The translation was absent.

In every case: we fixed the translation. And the outcomes changed.

This is what I do.

Not magic. Not promises. Not generic templates.

Precision translation of genuine clinical careers into the exact language of NHS shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring systems.

If you are an internationally trained doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, AHP, or clinical professional — and your applications are not converting — send me your CV.

Just your CV.

To: sovereignhealthcareadvisory@gmail.com

with the subject line: CV REVIEW — [Your Name] — [Your Profession]

I will give you an honest assessment of where the translation is failing — and what it will take to fix it.

That first conversation costs you nothing.

Everything after that is the work.

Warm regards,

Deborah O. Akanne.
