Thank God for a successful and gleeful World Sickle Cell Day,
Celebrated locally and globally.
However, sickle cell awareness and advocacy should not start and end with World Sickle Cell Day,
It must continue daily,
Because the challenges of sickle cell disorder perturb sickle cell warriors daily.
May God help the sickle cell community,
In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
