Its been a long time since I shared 'introducing food from Around the world'. This is #7.

For dinner last night I had 🍝 Spaghetti Carbonara with bacon.

Spaghetti Carbonara is a classic Italian pasta dish made with spaghetti, eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, guanciale, and black pepper. Simple ingredients come together to create a rich, creamy sauce that's packed with flavor.

Fun Fact:Traditional Carbonara contains no cream! its creamy texture comes entirely from eggs, cheese, and pasta water! 🇮🇹
