Anambra Born APC Chieftain, Joe Igbokwe has pleaded that the woman who brutally Abus€d her 10years old maid, be forgiven for the sake of her own biological child. Igbokwe lamented that the cry of the woman when her biological childwas taken away from her, touched his heart.

"‎Despite the despicable behavior of this woman I plead for forgiveness because of her Child. She has learnt her lessons in the hardest way. Her cries touched me to the marrows'

Joe Igbokwe stated that victim (The boy maltreated) will be fine after some time and would be a great man someday hence the woman should be forgiven because she he believes she has learnt her lesson and will not try such a thing again with any other child kept in her care

"The boy she maltreated will be fine and he will be a great man and a wonderful person. Let Nigerians join me to plead for this woman and her daughter. By the way where is her husband. He should show face at a time like this for his family"

Igbokwe called on Nigerians to join him in pleading for the forgiveness and release of the woman so she can reunite with her child and family.
