I disagree with Ayo ARISE on effecting a citizen’s arrest when you see a crime. There was an issue that occurred in Gwagwalada, Abuja, where a dustbin trolley boy was seen stealing. When he was held by the eyewitness, in desperation, he used a concealed pair of scissors to stab the man to death. He was also mobbed and killed, but a life was lost. #WhatsTrendingWithOjy
