A government that is unable to protect it's citizen must leave. The issue of kidnapping, banditry, and all are not beyond any reasonable government.

You can imagine the expositions from a former SA to Tinubu, among others, are:
1. He gave the coordinates of the kidnappers to the government, yet nothing was done.

2. In one particular incidence, the go-between lost their way, and the military re-directed the go-between to the right way.
