1. End of Hostilities
Both sides agree to stop military operations.
The ceasefire also covers related regional fronts, including Lebanon.
2. 60-Day Negotiation Period
The agreement is temporary and creates a 60-day window to negotiate a permanent settlement.
The period can be extended if both sides agree.
3. Strait of Hormuz Reopens
Iran agrees to allow commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
The U.S. agrees to lift its naval blockade of Iranian ports.
4. Iran's Nuclear Program
Iran reaffirms that it will not pursue nuclear weapons.
