Christians Are Called to Be Salt and Light:

As you start your day, remember that Jesus called believers the salt of the earth and the light of the world. Salt preserves what is good, while light drives away darkness. Nigeria today needs Christians who will influence society with godly values, not only from the pulpit but also in governance and public service. Politics shapes laws, education, security, and economic opportunities. If Christians avoid political participation, they surrender a vital platform of influence. God calls His people to make a difference wherever they are placed. Entering politics should not be about power or personal gain but about serving people with integrity, justice, and compassion. As citizens of heaven and Nigeria, Christians should prayerfully consider how they can contribute to national transformation through responsible political engagement.
