Security Challenge Lies With Operational Agencies, Not Intelligence Services

We should commend our security forces, especially the intelligence services, for providing the necessary intelligence. The real challenge lies with the operational agencies. The police are ill-equipped and lack the capacity to act on the intelligence provided. Funding is also inadequate.
