Ever noticed your urine looks foamy in the toilet and wondered if it’s a problem? 🫧

Foamy urine is normal when:
1. You peed really fast. Speed = bubbles, like shaking a soda.
2. You’re a bit dehydrated. Concentrated urine foams more.
3. There was soap or cleaner in the bowl already.

When to actually worry:
Speak to your doctor if the foam
- sticks around after flushing for several days, especially if you also notice:
- Swelling in your feet, ankles, or around your eyes
- Feeling unusually tired or nauseous
- Dark, bloody, or very smelly urine

Why?
Persistent foam can mean
- proteinuria: when your kidneys leak protein into urine. That can be linked to high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney issues. A simple urine test at your doctor can check it.

Try this first:Drink more water for 2 days and see if it clears up. If not, get it checked. Your kidneys don’t complain loudly, so small signs matter.

Not medical advice, but worth knowing! Have you ever noticed this and wondered what it was? 👇
