I do not understand why Nigerian junior officers are taking things so easy with their superiors by tolerating insults and inhumane treatment. If I had to give advice, I would tell the junior officers to stand up against their superiors and take over their positions. The way I see things in the Nigerian military, the superiors do not give a damn about the junior officers. Enough is enough.
