INEC Is The Only One With Constitutional Duties To Deregister A Political Party - Okutepa

Before anyone can go to court to get an order against an establishment with a constitutional duty to act upon, you must exhibit evidence of failure to act and making a demand on that institution to act, otherwise I'll go to court to command that institution. That is what is called Mandamus in law.
