Nigeria’s Financial Market Offerings this Week from June 17, 2026
Nigeria's fixed-income and capital market pipeline reached N1.54trn in active offerings this week, with sovereign Treasury bills accounting for N1.00trn, or 64.9% of the total. The CBN's June 17 Primary Market Auction concentrated N800bn, 80% of the offer, in the 364-day tenor, extending the maturity profile of short-term borrowing and reducing rollover frequency. Indicative stop rates from prior PMAs ranged between 16.05% and 16.35%, with the bid-to-cover ratio on the 364-day paper standing as the key signal to watch once settlement results are released.
