A Cry for the Poor: Who Is Protecting Ordinary Nigerians?

This is a cry from ordinary citizens and the poor who often have little voice or protection.

The public deserves answers. If the actions captured in this video amount to misconduct or criminal behaviour, can those responsible be investigated, arrested, and prosecuted to serve as a deterrent to others?

Is this the Nigeria we are being asked to believe in?

How can citizens have confidence in calls for state policing when incidents such as this continue to occur?

Where are the rights of ordinary Nigerians in situations like these?

Who is responsible for overseeing, regulating, and holding accountable these so-called security personnel? What training, standards, and disciplinary mechanisms are in place to prevent abuse of power?

The authorities owe Nigerians clear answers and decisive action.
