Newcastle disease (ND) is a highly contagious and often severe viral disease that affects poultry and many other bird species worldwide.

SYMPTOMS
🐔Respiratory: Gasping, coughing, sneezing,.
🐔Nervous: Tremors, paralysis (wings/legs).

🐔Digestive: Greenish or watery diarrhea, depression, loss of appetite.
🐔General: Sudden death.

TREATMENT
🐔Vaccination: Widely used (live lentogenic or inactivated vaccines)

🐔Strict biosecurity: Limit access, disinfect equipment/vehicles.
