🪖DHQ RESCUES WIFE OF SLAIN GENERAL RABE ABUBAKAR

In a significant breakthrough, troops of Operation FANSAN YAMMA have rescued Mrs. Amina Abubakar, widow of the late Major General Rabe Abubakar, who was abducted alongside her husband on May 30 along the Katsina–Matazu road.

Director of Defence Information, Major General Samaila Uba, confirmed that the rescue followed intensified search-and-rescue efforts. During sustained offensive operations, troops made contact with the b@nd!ts at Tunga Village. In the ensuing encounter, the b@nd!ts shot Mrs. Abubakar before abandoning her and fleeing due to overwhelming military pressure.

She is currently receiving medical attention at a military hospital and is responding to treatment. Troops will continue ongoing operations to track down and neutralise the perpetrators.
