Is it possible that ADC can go down?

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is facing deregistration in Nigeria. On June 15, 2026, a Federal High Court in Abuja ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deregister the ADC and four other political parties for allegedly failing to meet constitutional performance thresholds.The ADC has formally rejected the court ruling, maintaining that they met statutory requirements and are legally compliant.
