Four years? This is beyond shocking. I am deeply disappointed that such cruelty could continue for so long without anyone raising the alarm. It highlights a serious failure of the "see something, say something" principle. We all have a responsibility to speak up when we suspect abuse or neglect. Silence can be just as dangerous as the abuse itself.
This is so disheartening.
