I hesitate to say these things because I am not a spokesperson for the government, but I am looking at things analytically. We were already told that things would be difficult. We were at over 90% debt repayment obligations and on the edge of economic collapse. We could not afford subsidies and were borrowing to fund them. The economy was in a very bad shape, and getting it back on track will take time.
