A candid internal investigation by Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières - MSF) has revealed that local and international aid staff systematically exploited vulnerable refugees along the Chad-Sudanese border.

The report exposes a horrific pattern where women and underage girls living in transit camps like Adre were compelled by personnel to trade sex in exchange for basic necessities like food, water, milk, and jobs.
