IMMIGRATION CRACKDOWN: SOUTH AFRICA ARRESTS OVER 40,000 UNDOCUMENTED FOREIGN NATIONALS! πΏπ¦π
A massive, sweeping immigration crackdown has hit South Africa. Authorities have officially confirmed that over 40,000 undocumented foreign nationals have been arrested since January in a high-intensity national border security sweep.
The inter-ministerial committee on migration announced the figures as part of massive nationwide blitz inspections targeting workplaces, borders, and hotspots [youtube.com]. Backing this up, President Cyril Ramaphosa recently unveiled severe new measures, including jailing employers who hire undocumented workers, setting up dedicated deportation courts, and establishing a 30 June deadline for undocumented migrants to exit.
