SERAP Challenges NNPCL Over ₦5.9bn Rebranding Cost.

SERAP has sued NNPCL, seeking a court order compelling the company to account for about ₦5.9 billion allegedly spent on its incorporation and rebranding.

The organisation also wants disclosure of contractors, approving officials, and compliance with procurement laws.

The case follows concerns reportedly raised by the Senate Public Accounts Committee over the expenditure.
