Besides diving, your girl is also completely obsessed with salsa, bachata, and kizomba. 🤦‍♀️❤️

Here’s a video of me dancing bachata from about a year ago. The fun part? It was the very first time for both of us hearing this song. No choreography, no planning..just listening, feeling the music, and going with the flow. That’s the magic of social dancing! Connection and musicality are all we need.

A little about bachata:
Bachata originated in the Dominican Republic and has evolved into one of the most popular partner dances in the world. It’s known for its smooth movements, playful footwork, body motion, and strong connection between partners. While the basic steps are simple to learn, the real beauty of bachata comes from interpreting the music together and creating a conversation through movement.

Just like diving, it’s about being present in the moment, trusting your partner, and enjoying the journey rather than thinking about the next move.
