Kenneth Okonkwo lands in more hot water as Former Imo State Governor, Chief Achike Udenwa, has slammed a lawsuit against him demanding a retraction, a public apology, and ₦5 billion in damages over alleged defamatory remarks made during his recent interview on June 8, 2026.

Note: This is second lawsuit against him this month.
