The street is decorated with over 1,000 square meters of colorful murals painted by local artists and residents for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The mural was completed in less than 24 hours starting on May 5, 2026, to transform the commercial street into a festive area for match viewings.

A giant screen is being set up on Via Ápia to display Brazil's national team games for the community.
