Creating State Police - Sani

We cannot effectively address the issues of insurgency, banditry, and kidnapping without decisive action. One of the key steps needed is the creation of state police. Only then can appropriate constitutional powers be granted to enable them to bear arms and respond more effectively to security challenges at the local level.
