THE WISDOM OF MATURITY |

📖 MATTHEW 10:16:
Behold, I SEND YOU FORTH AS SHEEP IN THE MIDST OF WOLVES: BE YE THEREFORE WISE AS SERPENTS, and harmless as doves.

One of the clearest signs of maturity is the ability to navigate life without being constantly shocked by the behavior of people.

Wisdom teaches us that while people can be channels of blessing, they can also disappoint, destroy, misunderstand, betray, or act contrary to our expectations.

This is not a call to hypocrisy and suspicion, but to discernment.

You must build yourself to the point that nothing that men do surprises you.

The mature person understands human nature, manages expectations wisely, and remains focused on purpose regardless of what others do.

When your growth exceeds your expectations of people, you become less offended, less distracted, and more effective.

Do not let the actions of men determine your response. Let wisdom guide you, grace sustain you, and purpose keep you moving forward.

This type of growth doesn't come by luck, it is intentionally driven.

It is my prayer that the Lord will grant us the wisdom of maturity, help us to walk in discernment, and remain steadfast in purpose,

May we not be moved or shaken by the negative actions of others towards us in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
