Nigeria can only achieve meaningful progress and sustainable development if the government embraces a system built on meritocracy. Public appointments and leadership positions should be awarded based on competence, integrity, qualifications, and proven ability—not on nepotism, tribalism, favoritism, or religious bigotry.

When capable and deserving individuals are given the opportunity to serve, regardless of their ethnic background, political connections, or personal relationships, the nation will benefit from better governance, stronger institutions, and increased public trust. A merit-based system encourages excellence, accountability, innovation, and national unity.

For Nigeria to reach its full potential, the interests of the nation must always come before personal, ethnic, or political interests.
