Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Opposition parties, independent candidates 240 million Nigerians are deeply troubled by the events that unfolded during the Democracy Day protests in Abuja. Peaceful Nigerians, exercising their constitutional right to demand better governance, were met with tear gas fired by security forces. We respectfully demand the immediate release of the photos and identities of the officers involved in this action. Transparency is essential for rebuilding trust between the government and 240 million Nigerians

240 million Nigerians marched peacefully to call attention to insecurity, economic hardship, and the ongoing kidnappings that continue to traumatize families across the nation in the 36 states 774 LGA. Teachers recently protested the repeated abductions of schoolchildren, yet these issues remain unresolved. Nigerians are demanding for safety, dignity, and accountability.

Your Democracy Day address emphasized defending and strengthening democracy. However, democracy cannot thrive when peaceful protesters are tear-gassed, when children remain missing for weeks and decades when Nigerians continue to suffer from the root causes of boko haram and other violent groups. Nigerians are demanding for concrete action, not speeches.

We respectfully demand your administration to:

Release the photos and identities of the security personnel who fired tear gas at peaceful Nigerian protesters now on the global internet

Intensify efforts to rescue all kidnapped children, including those missing for over six weeks and those taken since 1999.

Address the root causes of insecurity with real investment in jobs, agriculture, education, healthcare, and infrastructure across all 36 states and 774 LGAs.

Deploy modern security tools such as drones and CCTV systems nationwide in the 36 states 774 LGA

Ensure that security forces focus on combating terrorists and criminal groups, not peaceful 240 million Nigerians protesting for good governance

Respectfully to 240 million Nigerians kindly promote peaceful protest and discourage any form of looting or destruction, while encouraging Nigerians to document and report misconduct on the global internet

Respectfully Mr. President lead by example by reducing government salaries and redirecting funds toward national development in the 36 states 774 LGA

Nigerians have endured decades of promises about electricity, safety, and economic opportunity. Today, they are asking for results. They are asking for leadership that listens and acts.

We demand to you, respectfully but firmly, to take decisive steps that honor the sacrifices of those who fought for democracy and meet the urgent demands of the 240 million Nigerians who depend on your leadership.

Temmy Dizzle: Keep wasting your time. The president is too busy for your nonsense
Henry Emeka: @temmydizzle, no need to be disrespect we can have a conversation. Tell us your location, we can connect, or you can come to the USA if you can travel without being red-flagged. Once again, no need to disrespect; you can support any party you like, that is your choice.
Henry Emeka: If the president is too busy for our nonsense, tell that to 240 million Nigerians suffering in poverty & darkness. Make sure you do not lie to your children when they ask you why they are killed/kidnapped every day for decades and cannot go to school or come home safely. FYI, the USA, the UK, and 19...
