When I was younger, I was out every single night. Weekday? Going out. Weekend? Going out. Work the next morning? Still going out. πŸ˜‚ These days, I might go out twice a month, and honestly... a quiet night at home is starting to sound pretty amazing. I used to think people who stayed home on a Friday night were boring. BUT now I'M cancelling plans and protecting my peace like it's a full-time job. πŸ˜‚

Mind, Body & Health: Don't think it's age related, but experience related. Some people who didn't like to go out much when they were younger end up starting to want to. do so when they're older, inverting the order of the experience. Forcing ourselves to do things is unnecessary, we have to go with what we really want ❀...
