Your Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and INEC Chairman,240 million Nigerians are
writing to express deep concerns shared by many Nigerians regarding trust, transparency, and accountability in our democratic processes and national governance.

240 million Nigerians continue to struggle with unreliable electricity supply despite ongoing payment of light bills. The promise of stable power remains unfulfilled, and this has contributed to widespread hardship, poverty, and frustration.

There is also a significant trust deficit surrounding our electoral system. 240 million Nigerians do not feel confident in the current processes, especially when results are still counted manually despite the existence of electronic systems. To restore confidence, it is essential that INEC publicly upload real-time electronic results to the global internet for full transparency.

Furthermore, Nigerians are demanding for comprehensive security and monitoring measures across all 36 states and 774 local government areas. This includes the deployment of CCTV cameras, drones, and other technologies to ensure that elections are free from intimidation, violence, or interference by political thugs, security agencies, or any other actors.

The world is watching Nigeria, and Nigerians are demanding a credible, transparent, and intimidation-free electoral environment. Implementing modern monitoring tools and ensuring full openness in the electoral process would be a major step toward rebuilding public trust.

Thank you for your attention to these urgent concerns.
