URGENT VACANCY: LOAN MONITORING & RECOVERY OFFICER | MICROFINANCE CLIENT

One of our reputable microfinance clients in Lagos is hiring immediately.

Position: Loan Monitoring & Recovery Officer
Location: Agboju, Satellite Town, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 Net/Month

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor approved loans to ensure proper utilization and repayment.
• Track repayment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Conduct periodic reviews of borrowers' financial performance and loan status.
• Identify early warning signs of default and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare loan monitoring and portfolio performance reports.

Requirements:
• OND/B.Sc in any discipline.
• 1–3 years experience in loan monitoring, collections, recovery, or microfinance operations.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
