🚨 TROOPS ARREST TWO SUSPECTED ISWAP LOGISTICS SUPPLIERS IN BORNO 🚨🚨🚨🚨

Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have arrested two suspected Boko Haram/ISWAP T£rr0r!st logistics suppliers in separate intelligence‑led operations in Borno State.

📌 FIRST ARREST – MUSA IDI

On June 8 at about 2:00 pm, troops of the 162 Amphibious Battalion arrested Musa Idi at a checkpoint along the Mandaragirau‑Sabon Gari road.

📦 ITEMS RECOVERED:

✅ 5 containers of Atraforce chemical.
✅ 5 containers of Kelisate herbicide.
✅ 100 sachets of tramadol capsules.
✅ 2 small nylon bags containing suspected smoked substances.

The suspect is undergoing preliminary investigation at the Abogo Largema Military Cantonment.

📌 SECOND ARREST – ABU AJI

On the same day, troops of the 19 Battalion and 25 Brigade Garrison, working with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), arrested Abu Aji during a patrol at the Damboa market. He was apprehended over alleged links to the supply of logistics to Boko Haram and ISWAP t£rr0r!st in Damboa LGA.

During preliminary interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to supplying logistics to t£rr0r!st elements.

📦 ITEMS RECOVERED FROM ABU AJI:

✅ 19 wristwatches
✅ A large mat
✅ A transistor radio
✅ 2 cartons of agro‑allied chemicals

The suspect and recovered items have been transferred to the Headquarters of the 25 Brigade for further investigation.

Insurgent groups rely heavily on local suppliers for food, communication devices, medications, and other essential materials needed to sustain operations. Disrupting these logistics networks is as critical as engaging fighters on the battlefield.

The arrest of logistics suppliers also provides valuable intelligence that can expose wider support networks and facilitate future operations against terrorist cells.

Operation HADIN KAI continues to intensify intelligence‑driven operations across the North‑East, degrading the operational capability of Boko Haram and ISWAP fighters while denying them access to supplies and safe havens.
