Education Was Supposed to Open Doors. Why Are So Many Graduates Locked Out

More graduates. More master's degrees. More PhDs.
Yet many highly educated people are struggling to find jobs.
Some now say: "Education is a scam."

I disagree.
Education still has value. The challenge is that qualifications alone are no longer enough. Employers increasingly want skills, experience, adaptability, and digital literacy alongside academic credentials.

Perhaps the question isn't whether education has failed us, but whether we are preparing graduates for today's job market.
