Our public office holders are becoming increasingly audacious in plundering our common patrimony. They have transitioned swiftly from stealing millions to hundreds of millions, from billions to hundreds of billions, and today, they are operating in the trillions.
​How did we get here? Perhaps it is time to consider capital punishment for corrupt politicians who are determined to remain a clog in the wheel of our national progress.
​Furthermore, all public officials should be barred from sending their children abroad for any reason—be it medical, educational, or otherwise. They must also be restricted from foreign travel for the entirety of their tenure in office.
