I just found out something heavy about one of my tenant 💚

Her own daughter... beats her.
I’ve heard it. I’ve seen the tension. My heart breaks every time.

I don’t know what to say. I don’t know what to do.
If I speak up, will it make things worse for her?
If I stay quiet, am I enabling the pain?

I’m just a landlady. But I’m human first.

How do you help someone in abuse without putting them in more danger?
